You will bid on commercial and light industrial painting projects that exceed $500K, providing leadership to project teams and ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a hands-on approach, where you will be expected to lead by example and be a reliable resource for your team. The position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Commercial Paint Estimator or Project Manager, with a proven ability to understand and present products and services effectively. Proficiency in software such as On-Center, Planswift, or similar tools is essential, as is specific experience in commercial painting.
