The ideal candidate will be a sales-minded leader, ready to manage a motivated team and drive the success of various commercial and light industrial painting projects. You will be tasked with bidding on projects that exceed $500K, providing leadership to project teams, and being a hands-on and reliable leader throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires a deep understanding of commercial painting, as well as the ability to utilize technology effectively to enhance client service and project delivery. Responsibilities

  • Promote company services to General Contractors and property managers
  • Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects exceeding $500K

Requirements

  • 10+ years as a Commercial Paint Estimator OR Project Manager
  • Ability to understand and present products and services
  • Proficiency in On-Center, Planswift, or similar software
  • Specific experience in commercial painting required
  • Ability to utilize technology to enhance client service
