The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management or estimating within the commercial paint sector, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceptional client service. As a Senior Project Manager/Estimator, you will be responsible for promoting the company's services to general contractors and property managers, ensuring that the company remains competitive in the market. You will bid on commercial and light industrial painting projects that exceed $500K, providing leadership to project teams and ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a hands-on approach, where you will be expected to lead by example and be a reliable resource for your team. The position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Commercial Paint Estimator or Project Manager, with specific experience in commercial painting being essential. You will need to demonstrate the ability to understand and present the company's products and services effectively. Proficiency in software such as On-Center, Planswift, or similar tools is also required, as you will utilize technology to enhance client service and project management processes.
