You will be tasked with bidding on commercial and light industrial painting projects that exceed $500K, which requires a keen understanding of project specifications and client needs. Leadership is a key component of this role, as you will provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The position requires a hands-on approach, where you will be expected to lead by example and be a reliable resource for your team. You will utilize your expertise in commercial painting to enhance client service and satisfaction, leveraging technology and software tools such as On-Center and Planswift to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 10+ years as a Commercial Paint Estimator OR Project Manager
  • Ability to understand and present products and services
