About the position

The Painter/Sandblaster position involves working in a production facility focused on pipe yard operations. The role requires skills in painting, sandblasting, heat treating, and hydro blasting, with a strong emphasis on machine operation. This position offers an exceptional performance-to-hire opportunity, starting at $18.00 per hour, and requires flexibility in shifts and availability for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting and sandblasting on pipes and other materials.
• Operate machinery related to sandblasting and heat treating processes.
• Conduct hydro blasting and pressure washing as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the production facility.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines during operations.

Requirements

• Experience in machine operation related to painting and sandblasting.
• Knowledge of heat treating and hydro blasting processes.
• Previous experience working with pipes is highly desired.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime as required.

Nice-to-haves

• Certification in sandblasting or painting techniques.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
