The Painter position is responsible for producing a quality finished product by utilizing personal skills, equipment, and established manufacturing processes related to finished paint coatings, including both wet and powder coat paint applications. The role requires adherence to safety, quality, cost, and delivery metrics set by the company. The painter will collaborate with the engineering department to minimize waste in manufacturing processes and must be able to read and interpret drawings to ensure that manufacturing aligns with design intent. Additionally, the painter will apply primer and finished top coats to products produced at ACSI, maintain a clean work area free of safety hazards, and follow established painting processes.
