Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation and maintenance of pallet racking systems.
• Support demolition, repair, remodel, and alteration tasks on job sites.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to OSHA/MSHA regulations.
• Safely operate power tools and assist skilled tradespeople as needed.
• Help with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Maintain a hard working and positive attitude.
• Effectively manage time to ensure expeditious completion of projects.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Capable at operating a scissor lift and/or forklift.
• Must be capable of working at heights.
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs and perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Willingness to travel for projects that may last from 1 to 7 weeks, sometimes out of state.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
