About The Position
CHI St. Alexius is seeking a Palliative Care Advanced Practice Provider (either Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join their team. This full-time position focuses on providing inpatient care with occasional outpatient clinic coverage, emphasizing a team environment dedicated to patient care. The role involves seeing an average of 7 patients per day, counseling and educating patients and their families, and working independently in collaboration with a Palliative Care Physician.
