About The Position

The Palliative Care Physician at Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is responsible for providing ambulatory palliative care across multiple locations, including Bellevue, Seattle, and Tacoma. This role involves working within an interdisciplinary team to assist patients with serious illnesses in managing symptoms, setting goals of care, and addressing end-of-life issues. The physician will collaborate closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers to develop personalized care plans that align with patient values and improve quality of life.

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Palliative Care Medicine.
• Experience in providing palliative care services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide ambulatory palliative care to patients across multiple locations.
