Responsibilities

• Ensure proper food storage and sanitation practices are followed.

• Participate in the physical counting of inventory and maintaining storage areas.
• Prepare special dietary meals as required.
• Operate kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness.

Requirements

• Ability to cook foods from scratch using various cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and production.
• Experience working with diverse groups of students and co-workers.
