In this role, you will create a friendly atmosphere for our guests, whether they are meeting friends, celebrating special occasions, or completing important work projects while enjoying a meal in our bakery-cafe. You will invest in and develop our cafe teams, helping them execute flawless service and create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of daily restaurant business operations.
  • Deliver a high-quality menu and motivate staff to provide excellent guest service.
  • Maintain the restaurant's revenue, profitability, and quality goals.
  • Ensure efficient restaurant operation and maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Create a friendly atmosphere for guests to meet, celebrate, or work while enjoying a meal.
  • Invest in and develop cafe teams to execute flawless service and create memorable experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Restaurant Manager in fast casual or full-service, high-volume restaurants.
  • Possess a valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Ability to work approximately a 50-hour work week with rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to commute up to 25-30 miles each way to/from work location.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with independence and initiative.
  • Genuine passion for teamwork and providing a friendly atmosphere for guests.
  • Ability to engage, connect, and build relationships with guests and staff.
  • Creative ability to work with the community and build sales.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the USA.
