Responsibilities

• Level 1 Host/Curbside: Opening/Closing Station, Greetings & Farewells, Seating (Rotation) & Waitlist, Pre-Bussing, 3 Step Cleaning Process, Bathroom Checks (Cleaning & Restocking), Monitor Dining Room Cleanliness, Basic Menu Knowledge.
• Level 2 Expo/Runner: Opening/Closing Station, Monitoring Food Quality, Bagging & Serving Orders Correctly, Complete Food Menu Knowledge, Keeping Dining Room Clean, Locate Items Requested By Guests, KDS Knowledge, Handing Orders To Guests, POS Payment, Knowledge Answering Phones.
• Level 3 Cashier/Server: Opening/Closing Station, Excellent Guest Service, Basic Math Skills, Serving Food, Serving Drinks, Serving Tables (Table Set Up), Prices Knowledge, POS Order Taking Knowledge, Taking Phone Orders, Bussing Tables.

Requirements

• 6 months experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.
• Basic to intermediate English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Continuous use of hands and arms.
• Continuous bending, reaching, and twisting.
