The position of PERM Business Immigration Paralegal at Ogletree Deakins involves supporting the immigration practice group by preparing and filing PERM labor certification applications and other immigration filings. Responsibilities

• Prepare and file PERM labor certification applications and other immigration filings under attorney supervision.
• Compile and analyze case facts related to immigration matters.
• Draft correspondence and maintain organized client documentation.
• Communicate directly with multiple attorneys regarding case progress and requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
• 5+ years of employment-based Immigration Paralegal experience, preferably in a large law firm environment.
• Knowledge of PERM labor certification applications.
• Strong writing skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently toward team goals.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.
