About the position

As a Paralegal Analyst in the law department, you will be part of the Real Estate Legal Team, contributing to legal support and ensuring efficient operations. This role requires managing complex projects independently, drafting legal documents, and maintaining procedural manuals, all while working in a fast-paced environment focused on accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects with a high degree of independence and initiative
• Approve guidelines and procedures, direct negotiations, advance strategies, and promote alternative solutions for clients, outside counsel, insurance departments, courts, and other departments
• Create, organize, and maintain various systems and procedures
• Contribute to and maintain procedural and substantive manuals for the department's clients
• Draft legal memoranda, documents, and forms to respond to various issues
• Develop systems policies and procedures for the department or the company

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 6+ years related legal experience
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas of the law practices and procedures
• Knowledge of commercial real estate work; state and federal statutes
• Expertise in legal research, knowledge, and skills
• Strong project management, analytical, and negotiation skills
