About the position

The Paralegal/Assistant Office Manager role involves supporting legal operations by managing administrative tasks, conducting research, and assisting lawyers in case preparation. Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary documents and information for case preparation.
  • Conduct initial research and provide relevant information to the Lawyer.
  • Manage all administrative responsibilities within the legal office.
  • Draft the first copy of legal documents.
  • Organize all legal documents in a confidential manner.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (1 year preferred).
  • Associate's degree (preferred).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Westlaw.
