Spooner Guardianship Services, LLC is a growing professional Fiduciary Agency now seeking a dedicated Paralegal Assistant to join our Practice. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in various legal tasks and administrative duties. This role involves assisting with legal research, document preparation, and case management. The Paralegal Assistant will be responsible for organizing and maintaining legal files and documents, providing executive administrative support to Fiduciary staff, and drafting legal correspondence and documents. Additionally, the candidate will conduct factual research and investigation, assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and closings, and handle client inquiries and communication. The position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a legal administrative role is required, along with strong organizational skills and proficiency in legal writing and research techniques. Familiarity with Probate and Guardianship Law is advantageous, and a Paralegal certification or relevant degree is preferred.
