Keller & Keller, LLC is seeking a dedicated and motivated Paralegal Case Manager to join our team in Saint Joseph, MI. This full-time position is ideal for individuals looking to make a positive impact in the lives of clients who have suffered injuries due to negligence. As a Paralegal Case Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients navigating the complexities of personal injury claims, including auto accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, and dog bites. Your role will involve guiding clients from their first contact with our firm through to the final settlement of their claims. In this position, you will be responsible for gathering and reviewing medical documents, performing basic accounting tasks, and managing a caseload of over 75 files. You will interact with clients and insurance companies, ensuring that all necessary information is communicated effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will conduct both phone and in-person meetings with clients. The ability to manage your time effectively, work independently, and collaborate with team members is crucial for success in this role. While previous legal experience is not required, we are looking for candidates who are comfortable using technology in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and self-motivation are key traits for this position. An outgoing personality will be beneficial, as you will engage with a diverse range of individuals daily. Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed records and documentation for each case.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
