You will be responsible for managing a substantial caseload, which typically exceeds 200 cases, ensuring that each client receives timely updates and support. Your communication skills will be paramount, as you will frequently interact with clients to keep them informed about the status of their cases. In this role, you will draft and submit letters of representation to various insurance companies, prepare demand letters, and review medical records to ensure that all necessary documentation is in order. You will also be tasked with drafting correspondence and consistently reviewing your entire caseload from start to finish. The ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment is essential, as you will need to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of service. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong phone etiquette
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Diligence in honoring deadlines and maintaining standards
