If so, we want you on our team! Our firm is growing, and we are seeking a Case Manager with a positive attitude to manage 120+ pre-litigation personal injury cases at a time. In this role, you will be responsible for initial and ongoing client contact, ensuring that clients are kept informed and supported throughout the process. You will request medical records and schedule medical appointments, managing clients' medical care effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for opening and closing case files, calendaring important events, and resolving property damage and loss-of-use claims. Reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medicare for lien resolution will also be part of your duties, along with preparing case files for submission to demand writers. Your focus will be on ensuring overall quality client care, making sure that every client feels valued and supported throughout their case journey.
