Responsibilities

  • Assist supervising attorneys in the preparation and coordination of litigation and transactional work.

Requirements

  • Completion of a Paralegal Studies or Legal Assistant study program from an accredited institution or an ABA-approved program.
  • Two years of paralegal experience, or a Bachelor's degree with two years of paralegal experience.
  • Possession of the Certified Paralegal (CP) certification can substitute for the required experience.

Nice-to-haves
