Additionally, you will assist in preparing attorneys for court appearances, mediations, and meetings, which requires a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Following up on tentative court rulings prior to hearing dates will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that the legal team is well-prepared and informed. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $32.00 to $35.00 per hour, along with exceptional benefits. The working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, providing a structured work schedule that allows for a healthy work-life balance. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience as a Paralegal or Legal Secretary.
  • Background in Employment Litigation.
