The Paralegal position in Employment Law at our law firm offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a minimum of 2 years of experience. This role is designed for those looking to develop their paralegal skills in a prestigious, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employment law files from inception to trial, providing support to attorneys and clients alike.

Responsibilities

• Screening/Intaking potential clients
• Drafting complaints, subpoenas, letters and other documents as needed
• E-Filing for Federal and Lower courts
• Calendar and deadline management
• Serving discovery requests and interrogatories
• Working with clients to respond to requests for production and interrogatories
• File management with the Smart Advocate system

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
• Knowledge of litigation procedure
• Ability to draft documents independently
• Experience with E-Filing
• Ability to handle employment files from inception to trial
