Responsibilities

• Conducting claimant interviews for new cases
• Opening new files and gathering intake information
• Managing heavy call volume with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
• Conducting case management and file reviews for hearings and settlements
• Reading, interpreting, and following up on medical reports
• Contacting insurance carriers regarding payments and medical treatment issues
• Performing other related duties as assigned.
