While a law degree is not required, candidates should have at least five years of experience in probate, accounting, or estate administration. The Paralegal will be responsible for managing personal workflow and deadlines effectively, demonstrating excellent time management skills. Consistent and predictable performance is essential, along with patience and a genuine desire to assist clients and co-workers. The ability to listen impeccably and contribute to a stable and harmonious work environment is also vital. Preferred candidates will have experience working in a law firm as an estate administration paralegal, a paralegal certificate from a recognized training program, or a four-year degree from an accredited institution. Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is beneficial, and proficiency in Excel is highly desirable.
