About the position

Georgia Probate Law Group is seeking an experienced paralegal to join our team, focusing on estate and trust litigation cases. The paralegal will play a crucial role in assisting our attorneys with various legal matters, including preparing essential legal documents such as petitions, letters, and notices. This position will also involve creating the framework for discovery, caveats, and other necessary filings. The paralegal will handle most aspects of uncontested situations under attorney supervision, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and timely. In addition to document preparation, the paralegal will have significant direct contact with clients, making customer service a vital part of the role. Given that our work involves supporting family members during difficult times, the paralegal will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives.
