Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss their cases and provide legal support.
• Complete judicial counsel forms as required.
• Draft pleadings including judgments, MSA, discovery, and SC statements.
• Work collaboratively with opposing parties or counsel in legal matters.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Paralegal in family law.
• Proficiency in legal research using Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
• Strong legal drafting skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and legal professionals.
