Holstrom, Block & Parke, APLC is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join their Corona office. This full-time position involves managing family law cases from start to finish, maintaining client relationships, drafting legal documents, and preparing for trials and hearings. The role is crucial in supporting clients during challenging times, providing an opportunity to make a significant impact in their lives.

Responsibilities

• Manage family law cases from beginning to end.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, keeping them informed of case status.
• Draft forms, pleadings, briefs, discovery, and correspondence.
• Write effective declarations.
• Prepare for trials, MSC's, and hearings, including trial notebooks and exhibit binders.

Requirements

• Strong research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience handling a large caseload and managing multiple projects.
• A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or qualification under Business & Professional Code §6450.
