About the position

The Experienced Paralegal for the Foreclosure Team at Kelley Kronenberg will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys and ensuring the smooth operation of legal processes within the firm. Responsibilities

• Manage attorneys' schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Act as a key point of contact by receiving and screening calls for partners, facilitating communication with clients, judges, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals.
• Coordinate and schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and examinations under oath.
• E-File documents via E-Portal and E-Service to opposing counsel efficiently and accurately.
• Track and manage documents produced in response to requests from agencies.
• Draft essential legal documents, including correspondences, form pleadings, basic motions, and notices.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the unit.
• Keep client systems (BKFS/Tempo) up-to-date, ensuring all active matters reflect a current status within a 30-day timeframe.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant foreclosure or bankruptcy experience, with a solid understanding of legal proceedings.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with Aderant Total Office (ATO) is a plus.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks with precision and efficiency.
• A team player who communicates effectively and can work well with diverse groups.
