About the position

The Paralegal position at Raytheon is part of the Ethics & Business Conduct (E&BC) team, focusing on the implementation of the ethics and compliance program across the organization. The role involves supporting the management of the Ethics & Compliance Officer (ECO) Network, developing ethics communications and training content, and collaborating with the Anti-Corruption team on compliance matters. This position is ideal for an experienced Paralegal with a background in legal or compliance work within a large company, aiming to engage with employees to support important ethics and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of Raytheon's ECO Network, including maintaining program resources and facilitating communication.
  • Work with the Anti-Corruption team on the review, disposition, and documentation of compliance matters.
  • Assist with routing documents for review and approval, such as conflict of interest disclosures.
  • Ensure sensitive matters disclosed to GEC are handled with discretion and care.
  • Assist with the roll-out of new communications and training messages from E&BC.
  • Support enterprise-wide GEC initiatives and process improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Typically requires an Associate Degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience.
  • Paralegal certification is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
