About The Position
Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a dedicated Paralegal II to join our legal team, working remotely from Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah. In this role, you will contribute to the effective management of business transactions and litigation matters by providing high-level paralegal services to Cambia attorneys. Our mission is to create a person-focused and economically sustainable health care system, and as a Paralegal II, you will play a crucial part in making health care easier and lives better. As a member of our collaborative and caring team, you will support in-house attorneys with the discovery process, maintain databases related to business transactions and litigation case statuses, and assist in preparing litigation reports and other legal documents. Your responsibilities will include individual litigation case management support services, addressing legal inquiries, and performing special projects as assigned by in-house attorneys. You will also be responsible for proofreading legal documents to ensure they are error-free. To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for serving others and a desire to learn new things. You will need to exercise judgment, initiative, and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive matters, while also being able to prioritize your workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
