About the position

Sanders Rainmaker, Inc. is actively seeking two experienced Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegals to support one of their esteemed clients. The ideal candidates will possess a minimum of three years of experience in Insurance Defense Litigation and must have a stable professional background. This position is based in Atlanta, GA, and candidates must reside in the Atlanta metro area. The role offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work, which provides flexibility while maintaining a collaborative team atmosphere. As a Paralegal specializing in Insurance Defense Litigation, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to the legal process. Your primary duties will include preparing and filing pleadings, organizing and responding to discovery requests, and coordinating depositions and hearings. Effective communication with team members is essential, as you will be required to research and respond to inquiries and requests for information. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining calendars and tracking billable hours, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment. You will need to be adept at managing multiple time-sensitive assignments and possess a thorough understanding of e-filing procedures for all courts. Familiarity with legal research tools such as Westlaw is essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. The ability to manage a case from intake through trial is a critical component of this role, making it imperative that candidates have a comprehensive understanding of the litigation process.
