About the position

The Philadelphia Center City Law Firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced full-time paralegal/legal assistant to join their team, specializing in personal injury and litigation. This position requires a minimum of four years of relevant experience, with candidates expected to demonstrate the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a comprehensive understanding of various legal processes. Responsibilities will include the preparation of correspondence, procuring medical records, scheduling depositions, and preparing and filing legal documents such as complaints, motions, briefs, and discovery materials. Additionally, candidates will be responsible for e-filing at both the state and federal levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and while experience with case management software is preferred, the firm is willing to provide training for the right candidate. The firm values teamwork and is looking for someone who is eager to contribute positively to the work environment.
