Responsibilities

  • Process, issue, and manage bond contracts with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for contractor clients, delivering prompt and precise information on bonds.
  • Support sales representatives by ensuring they have all necessary documentation and information.
  • Maintain accurate records in the company database and prepare regular reports on bond processing activities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including underwriters and surety companies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in surety bond/insurance processing preferred.
  • Experience in mortgage closing, loan processing, or paralegal work is also relevant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with database management systems.
  • Experience with Bond Pro is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Property and Casualty License is a plus.
