About the position

Corridorlaw Group, a litigation firm focusing on workers' compensation, family law, and civil matters, is seeking a Paralegal to become part of our team! This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and a supportive work environment. As a Paralegal, you will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs, ensuring that all legal processes are handled efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for conducting research to support legal proceedings, assisting with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents, and investigating facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Additionally, you will monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and record and store client information accurately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workers' compensation law and possess excellent writing skills. You will need to be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for candidates who have completed further education in a related field. Previous experience of three or more years as a paralegal or in another legal field is preferred, along with familiarity with legal research and legal drafting. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with clients and attorneys regularly. The salary for this position is commensurate with experience, and we are committed to providing a supportive and flexible work environment.
