About the position

Holland Injury Law is a well-respected personal injury law firm located in Clayton, Missouri, dedicated to providing outstanding customer service to our clients. As a Paralegal in our Personal Injury department, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Attorneys with various cases, including personal injury, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury (TBI), catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic cases. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a modern office environment that includes amenities such as a gym and convenient parking, with the Capital Grille located in the lobby. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of daily tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of our legal practice. You will communicate with clients to provide them with case updates, gather and update pertinent case information, and calendar important deadlines and court appearances. Additionally, you will arrange court calls and client meetings, as well as help coordinate medical treatment for clients. We are looking for someone who brings a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Clayton office, which is situated in a Class A building. To succeed in this position, you should possess a paralegal certificate, although it is not required. Being bilingual in Spanish is considered a significant advantage. We require at least two years of experience working in Personal Injury Litigation, and you should be able to work independently without the need for micro-management. Attention to detail is critical, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Case Management Software, specifically Filevine. The ability to thrive in a high-volume and fast-paced environment is essential, along with a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
