The Paralegal/Legal Assistant will be responsible for conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and providing support to attorneys in various legal matters. The Paralegal/Legal Assistant will research, prepare, and review legal information pertaining to judicial decisions, appropriate laws, legal articles, and other materials relevant to court cases. They will draft contracts, leases, agreements, motions, statements, pleadings, and other legal documents. Additionally, the candidate will gather records, files, and written reports, retain, file, and organize files and prepared legal documents. The role also involves assisting in interviewing potential witnesses, drafting arguments and statements, and preparing affidavits. Responding to interrogations and coordinating counsel requests are also part of the responsibilities. The Paralegal/Legal Assistant will assist attorneys with discovery, trial preparation, hearings, and closing, providing general support in a law office setting as needed. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the pay will be dependent on experience, education, and skills. Responsibilities

  • Research, prepare, and review legal information pertaining to judicial decisions, appropriate laws, legal articles, and other materials relevant to court cases.

Requirements
