About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented bilingual (English/Spanish) Paralegal Assistant to join our personal injury law firm. The ideal candidate will manage a roster of active cases, building each file toward resolution by settlement or litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize case files, medical records, correspondence and related documents
• Handle communication with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
• Schedule medical and office appointments

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with basic word processing software
• Previous legal experience in a personal injury setting
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple open case files efficiently
