The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong customer service skills, with a minimum of three years of paralegal experience in litigation.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with legal research and case preparation.
• Manage calendars and schedule appointments for attorneys.
• Prepare legal documents, including complaints and discovery using templates.
• File documents in State and Federal courts.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and maintain client relationships.
• Organize and maintain case files and documentation.
• Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in litigation, focusing on labor and employment law.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Paralegal certification from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Intricate knowledge of state court procedures and deadlines.

Nice-to-haves
