About The Position
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Temporary Part-Time Paralegal to join our legal team at StateHouse Holdings Inc. This role is vital in supporting our in-house counsel with various legal and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will assist with scheduling, document management, litigation support, and communication tasks. This position offers flexibility, including the option for remote work, making it an ideal opportunity for those seeking part-time employment while contributing to a dynamic legal environment. The paralegal's duties will include (but may not be limited to) scheduling legal team calls, filing legal documents in the company's SharePoint system, tracking litigation, and monitoring/managing investor relations and board communications with in-house counsel. The role also involves compiling and distributing board materials, responding to document production requests, and drafting internal and external communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal processes and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
