About the position

The Personal Injury Paralegal at The Rizzuto Law Firm is responsible for supporting the legal team in evaluating personal injury claims and managing client communications. Responsibilities

• Conduct client development through intake calls and follow-ups with existing clients.
• Master the case management system to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform meticulous follow-up for potential and existing clients.
• Manage a caseload with timely follow-up for records, discovery, and case documents.

Requirements

• Experience handling personal injury matters from intake to trial preparation, preferably with both legal and paralegal qualifications.
• Proficiency in electronic filing.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Previous management experience is highly desirable.
• Adept in negotiation techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Technologically savvy, comfortable with consultations, electronic filing, and Docu-Sign.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Filed Vine software is preferred.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
