About the position

The Paralegal position at our busy law firm in Edison, NJ, is designed for a dedicated and highly organized individual with 3-5 years of experience in Personal Injury law. This role is integral to our litigation team, providing essential support to attorneys in various legal processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal correspondence, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and timely. Additionally, the paralegal will handle phone communications, liaising with attorneys, clients, and court personnel to facilitate smooth operations within the firm. This position demands exceptional administrative skills and effective judgment in managing information. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational abilities, client service skills, and both written and verbal communication proficiency. The ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities is crucial, as is a strong technological aptitude, particularly with MS Office applications. Candidates should also demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion, and decorum in all interactions. While Spanish fluency is a plus, it is not a requirement for this role. The position is full-time, requiring in-person attendance from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
