This position is available for both full-time and part-time candidates, with a minimum requirement of 2 years of civil litigation experience, specifically in areas such as personal injury, habitability, or construction defect. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys by managing case files, conducting legal research, and preparing legal documents. The salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Responsibilities

• Manage case files and documentation for civil litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings and discovery materials.
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation and litigation support.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts as needed.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with legal procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience in personal injury, habitability, or construction defect.
• Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong research skills using Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
