Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Plan and organize delivery routes to maximize efficiency.
• Utilize the mobile app to claim jobs, map stops, and track pay.
• Maintain professionalism and a pleasant demeanor when interacting with clients and recipients of documents.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding process serving.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed, Registered or Certified Process Server, or willing to become one in your area of service.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use an iPhone/iPad or Android smart device and work within a mobile app.
• Ability to scan and print documents as needed.
• Ability to work variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in process serving or related work is helpful, but not required.
