About the position

The Downtown law firm is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Paralegal to join their legal team. This position is temp to perm and requires at least 3-5 years of experience in public finance, government representation, and affordable housing or lending. The Paralegal will play a crucial role in drafting documents for loans, bond transactions, acquisitions, and closings, while maintaining legal files and assisting with documents during the loan process.

Responsibilities

• Draft documents for loans, bond transactions, acquisitions, and closings.
• Maintain legal files and documents.
• Assist with documents during the loan process.
• Conduct title review and public searches.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Paralegal.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of various areas of law, particularly public finance.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.
