About the position

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of Paralegals, Legal Secretaries, and Administrative Clerks.
  • Coordinate daily work activities and monitor the status of work in progress.
  • Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Research and analyze legal sources using legal databases.
  • Draft various legal documents, including pleadings and correspondence.
  • Manage and organize legal paperwork for court cases.
  • Oversee trial preparation and execution, including managing evidence and coordinating witness appearances.
  • Provide training and feedback to staff, ensuring effective performance.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience as a Paralegal or in legal services.
  • Supervisory experience in a legal environment.
  • Possession of a Paralegal Certificate.
  • Strong organizational skills and communication skills.
