About the position

Integreon is seeking experienced paralegals to join its immigration services team in Austin, Texas. This role involves engaging with foreign national employees, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and providing timely updates on case statuses. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of U.S. immigration processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with foreign national employees to deliver clear and timely updates on case statuses and address general inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements by meeting assigned deadlines and providing updates on case progress.
• Analyze extensive data sets to create reports for clients and managers.
• Utilize U.S. immigration concepts to provide accurate answers to inquiries.
• Actively contribute to both team and individual productivity goals.
• Show adaptability and a willingness to take proactive steps.
• Adhere to documented company standards and policies to mitigate risks and uphold operational and client compliance.
• Possess excellent writing skills and demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Quickly interpret information to determine and deliver the appropriate response.
• Ensure accurate updates in the Case Management System for all actions taken.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to coordinate tasks and responsibilities, fostering efficient teamwork.
• Offer suggestions for process improvement and reduction of redundancies.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in the relevant industry.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Immigration (Immigrant and Non-Immigrant Visas).
• Bachelor's degree from a U.S. institution.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Expertise in prioritization and workflow management.
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.
