About the position

Weber Gallagher is seeking a full-time Workers' Compensation Paralegal for their Mount Laurel, NJ office. The role involves providing legal support in Workers' Compensation Defense, requiring strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage files independently from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Workers' Compensation cases from beginning to end.
• Prepare and organize legal documents and filings.
• Assist attorneys with case preparation and research.
• Maintain accurate time entries and billing to meet daily billable hour requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all deadlines are met and files are kept organized.

Requirements

• At least two years of paralegal experience, preferably in New Jersey Workers' Compensation Defense.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A Certificate in Paralegal Studies from an ABA approved organization or a bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong organizational skills and initiative.
• Excellent communication skills.
