The Litigation Paralegal will provide essential support to attorneys handling plaintiff personal injury claims, ensuring efficient case management and client assistance. This role is crucial in maintaining compliance with legal standards and facilitating communication within the legal team.

Responsibilities

• E-filing documents with the courts for several counties
• Assist with the drafting and filing of pleadings
• Handle discovery requests, schedule depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Record and store client information

Requirements

• Previous experience as a paralegal or in another legal field
• Familiarity with legal research
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
