About the position

We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our legal team at Willson Law in Michigan. The ideal candidate will have a passion for law and possess strong organizational skills to support our attorneys in various legal matters. This full-time position offers an hourly wage ranging from $21.51 to $30.00, depending on experience and qualifications. The role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while still providing essential support to our legal team. As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for conducting legal research and gathering relevant information for cases. You will assist in drafting legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with legal standards. Additionally, you will interview clients and witnesses to gather case-related information, which is crucial for building strong cases. Your organizational skills will be put to the test as you manage and organize case files, maintaining accurate records that are essential for the smooth operation of our legal practice. You will also provide administrative support to attorneys in preparation for trials and hearings, which may include scheduling, document preparation, and other related tasks. Familiarity with legal software such as iManage for document management will be beneficial in this role, as it will help streamline processes and improve efficiency.

  • Certification as a Paralegal is preferred but not required
