This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support and guidance during their financial recovery journey. In this position, you will conduct thorough legal research and analysis on debt restructuring laws, regulations, and best practices. You will prepare legal documents, including debt restructuring agreements, contracts, and settlement proposals. Assisting attorneys in drafting legal correspondence and pleadings related to debt consolidation cases will also be part of your responsibilities. You will communicate and liaise with clients, creditors, and legal partners to ensure smooth case progression and timely resolution. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and case details in our database is essential, as is monitoring and tracking the status of debt restructuring cases to keep all stakeholders informed of developments. Providing exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally is a key aspect of this role. You will also need to stay informed about industry trends, changes in debt restructuring laws, and updates on creditor practices. Collaborating with the legal team to improve internal processes and enhance overall efficiency will be expected as well. Requirements

  • Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Paralegal certificate.
  • Proven experience as a Paralegal in debt restructuring or related legal field.
  • Knowledge of debt restructuring laws, consumer finance regulations, and creditor practices.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and database management.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
